Our Story

T&M GROUPS was born out of a shared dream — a vision to create a reliable, all-in-one platform for the maritime world and global service seekers. Founded by two passionate individuals, Tiwari Group and Mishra Group, our initials stand as a symbol of trust, unity, and purpose. Together, we set out to simplify the complex journey of seafarers, support shipping companies with technical and compliance services, and guide students and travelers toward their global goals.

Our story began at sea — with hands-on experience sailing as deck officers and navigating the realities faced by every seafarer. We’ve seen the struggles firsthand — from documentation delays to lack of guidance and transparent services. What started as a mission to support fellow seafarers soon evolved into a full-fledged enterprise that today serves multiple industries across borders.

From our first office providing flag state documentation and maritime training, we have grown into a group that proudly delivers:
